Government fees are collected as pass-through and are non-refundable once Docufy has submitted the filing to the relevant agency. This applies regardless of the reason for any subsequent agency rejection.
Docufy service fees:
- Cancellation before submission: full service-fee refund, no questions asked.
- Rejection caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provided: service-fee policy for that filing band applies as published at checkout.
- Rejection or failure caused by Docufy platform error: full service-fee refund, and the government fee where it is technically reversible by the agency.
