Nigerian document filing,
made boring on purpose.
Pay once. Get a verified PDF in your encrypted vault. No queue, no tout, no agent markup — CAC, FIRS, vehicle papers, NIN, court affidavits and more, from one dashboard.
How it works
File any Nigerian document online.
Same flow for an SME's CAC annual return as for an individual's vehicle papers, NIN modification or court affidavit — only the form differs.
Search the catalog in plain English. See agency, fee and lead time before you start.
A guided form — only the fields the agency actually requires. Save as a draft any time.
Government fee + a transparent service fee. Card, transfer, USSD or mobile money via Flutterwave.
Our team files; you get a downloadable, independently-verifiable document in your vault.
Catalog
Every Nigerian filing in one catalog.
Sixteen document types live across eleven agencies. Wave 2 (BPP, SCUML, NAFDAC, NIPC, IP, land) ships by configuration as workflows harden.
Built for
Built for two kinds of filer.
One platform. Different defaults per persona. Pricing, surfacing and onboarding adapt — the underlying engine doesn't.
CAC annual returns, TCC, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF compliance — calendar-driven, with renewal reminders.
Vehicle papers, NIN, passport, character certificate, court affidavits — episodic, urgent, mobile-first.
Questions
Things people usually ask first.
Who actually files my document?
Docufy operates as your authorised filing agent on each agency portal. We never claim authority to give legal advice — for that, work with a lawyer of your choice.
How fast is "fast"?
Each document type has a published SLA at the point of purchase — from 2 business days for an affidavit of loss to 14 for driver licence renewal. We hit our SLA on 90%+ of filings.
What if my filing is rejected?
If the rejection is on you (missing or wrong information), the government fee is non-refundable; the service-fee policy is published per filing band. If the platform is at fault, both fees are refunded in full.
Is my data safe?
NDPR-compliant. Documents in your vault are envelope-encrypted (AES-256-GCM, per-blob data keys wrapped by a master key). Personal IDs are hashed and salted. Every admin action is auditable.
Can I share an issued document?
Yes. Open it in your vault and create a share link — set an expiry (24h, 7d, 30d, never), optionally password-protect. Recipients can also independently verify authenticity at /verify/<token>.
Don't queue. Don't pay a tout.
