About Docufy

Who we are

Docufy is a private service run by Innoedge Technologies Ltd, a Nigerian technology company based in Wuse II, Abuja, FCT. We built it for people who lose days to touts, queues and “come back tomorrow” when all they need is a document filed.

Docufy is an independent private service run by Innoedge Technologies Ltd. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any agency named on this site. Agency names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the documents we help you file.

What we do

• Fill a short form on your phone and snap your papers with the camera.
• See one price before you pay: the government fee, our service fee and VAT on our service fee, each on its own line.
• Pay on Flutterwave’s checkout. Docufy never sees your card number.
• A vetted partner firm files with the agency on your behalf. The agency issues the document.
• We email you at key steps: when you pay, when your filing is received, if something needs fixing and when your document is ready.
• Every step is logged with its date and time. Your finished document comes as a PDF with a verify link.

What we don’t do

• We are not a government agency, and no agency is our partner or endorses us.
• We don’t issue documents. The agency that issues a document has the final word on it.
• We don’t check your details with any agency. We make sure they are in the right format, and the agency does its own checks.
• We don’t give legal or tax advice. For that, speak to a lawyer or accountant of your choice.
• We don’t promise the agency’s speed. Each document shows a target time, and the agency sets the final pace.

• Driver's licence renewal
• Vehicle licence renewal
• NIN modification
• NIN slip reissue
• Passport renewal
• Police character certificate
• Affidavit of loss
• Change of name affidavit
• PenCom compliance certificate
• NSITF compliance certificate
• ITF compliance certificate

Some visits can’t be avoided. Driver’s licence, passport and police character certificates need one visit for fingerprints or a photo, and so does a NIN photo change. Each document’s page tells you before you pay.

How we keep our guides accurate

Our guides and articles cite the agency or law behind every fee, rate and deadline, with the date we last checked it. Read our editorial policy, or use the free tools, including the government fees index.
