Questions
How the pricing works.
How much does it cost to file a Nigerian government document?
It depends on the document and the agency. Each filing has a government fee (set by the agency, passed through with no markup), a fixed service fee, and 7.5% VAT on the service fee. The calculator above shows the all-in total for any combination of filings before you start.
Are government fees marked up?
No. Government fees are pass-through — you pay exactly what the agency charges. Docufy only adds a fixed, published service fee for handling the filing, plus VAT on that service fee.
How is the CAC late-filing penalty estimated?
The calculator gives a rough estimate from the number of years overdue and your number of directors, using published penalty bands. The exact figure is confirmed against the CAC schedule before you pay — it is never a surprise at checkout.
Is the total I see final?
The government and service fees shown are accurate to the current published rates. Variable items (like multi-year CAC penalties) are clearly labelled as estimates and confirmed before payment.
